一、護理科組織系統:
護理科為醫院獨立科室,其業務直接對院長負責,職位設有主任、督導、護理長、副護理長、護理人員。

二、護理科宗旨:以顧客第一,品質至上

三、護理科理念:愛心、耐心、溫心

四、護理科職掌
  本科依據醫院整體目標,配合政令、政策推行下列各項護理行政工作:
  (一)訂定護理業務發展計畫,並執行考核及評價業務,隨時研究改進。
  (二)辦理相關業務公文。
  (三)參與相關會議。
  (四)處理護理行政方案。
  (五)辦理相關護理業務、行政業務及學術研究等活動。
  (六)訂定護理常規及護理人員守則。
  (七)審查本科年度預算之編列及相關領用、保管;進出報銷等事宜。
  (八)巡查病房、單位,輔導業務之執行、提高護理服務品質、加強為民服務。
  (九)與相關科室密切配合、協調,以達工作目標。
  (十)護理人員之單位配置、督導及考核。
  (十一)辦理本科新進人員之甄選。
  (十二)辦理本科人員之學術研討會。
  (十三)爭取護理人員福利。
  (十四)督導護生實習及臨床教學。
  (十五)申購及收集相關書籍及資料,供同仁進修參考。
  (十六)訂定護理技術標準及修訂。
  (十七)為院方、醫護間之溝通橋樑。

Introduction to the Nursing Department

1.The organizational system of the Nursing Department

The Nursing Department is an independent department in the hospital, and the director of the department is directly in charge of its affairs. The department consists of the director of the department , supervisor ,head nurse, assistant head nurse, and nurses.

2.Our purpose: customer-oriented, quality first.

3.Our philosophy: caring, patient, and heart-warming.

4.Our duties: we implement the following nursing administration tasks based on the overall objectives, decrees, and policies of the hospital:

(1)Drawing up plans regarding nursing business development, performing assessment and evaluations,
 doing researches and making improvement whenever necessary.
(2)Dealing with relevant official documents.
(3)Participating in relevant meetings.
(4)Dealing with nursing administrative schemes.
(5)Handling nursing and administration-related affairs and organizing academic research activities.
(6)Drawing up nursing routines and the code for nurses.
(7)Reviewing the planning, spending, and safeguarding of annual budget, and reimbursement-related affairs.
(8)Attending ward rounds, aiding when necessary to improve the quality of nursing services and strengthen
 public services.
(9)Close cooperation and coordination with associated departments to achieve goals.
(10)Allocation, supervision, and evaluation of nurses.
(11)Preparing for recruitment auditions of the Nursing Department.
(12)Preparing for academic conferences for the Nursing Department personnel.
(13)Fighting for nurses’ welfare.
(14)Supervising student nurses and clinical teaching.
(15)Purchasing and collecting relevant books and information for colleagues’ references and for training
  purposes.
(16)Drafting and revising the nursing technique standards.
(17)Building the communication bridge between the Nursing Department and the hospital.
